These terms describe the pilot-stage expectations for access, reliability, and feedback while TACIT Solar is still being shaped with a small customer group.
Pilot access
Your access is limited to the invited pilot scope. TACIT Solar may adjust product behavior, supported devices, and onboarding steps as we learn from real customer feedback.
Service availability
This is a pilot service, not a production SLA. Features may be interrupted during maintenance, connector retries, or staged releases while we improve the product before broader rollout.
Customer responsibilities
Use accurate site details, keep your inverter account information current, and avoid sharing pilot access with anyone outside your household or approved organization contacts.
Feedback and updates
Pilot feedback helps us prioritize fixes and improve the customer experience. We may update these pilot terms as the product evolves, and material changes will be reflected here.
