This page is the customer-facing support reference for the pilot. Use it first if something feels unclear, delayed, or unexpectedly empty.
Before you contact us
Please note the page you were on, whether the issue happened during login, onboarding, or dashboard use, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot is helpful if the issue is visual.
Known issues right now
First telemetry can take a few minutes to appear after onboarding. Connector retries may briefly leave the dashboard in an awaiting-data state, and the cleanest experience today is on a recent version of Safari or Chrome.
How to reach support
Reply to the pilot onboarding email thread or the latest TACIT Solar support message you received. That keeps site context attached so we can respond faster without asking you to repeat the basics.
Privacy requests
Use the same pilot support thread if you want a copy of your pilot data, want your account deleted, or want us to clarify how long your pilot records are kept. TACIT Solar now handles these requests through an internal export and deletion workflow instead of a manual ad-hoc process.
What happens next
We triage pilot issues by customer impact. Blocking login, onboarding, and dashboard regressions are handled first, then polish and copy improvements are rolled into the next branch update.
